ABOUT THE EVENT
Our annual flagship gathering brings together students, educators, and music industry professionals for masterclasses, clinics, panel discussions, and live performances. It serves as the culminating celebration of the Synergy community and a premier visibility platform for the organization and its students.
OVERVIEW
CULTIVATING SKILLS: To strengthen techniques pertaining to percussion and drum set styles; to broaden perspectives on other industry related careers such as music production and engineering, while understanding the significance of applying synergism.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT: Students will be placed in an environment where the importance of building character is emphasized. Students will learn skills such as entrepreneurship, artist development, financial literacy, and exclusive insight on securing careers in the music industry.
MENTAL HEALTH: Research proves there are many psychological benefits of music. Extra curricular music activities, when executed in a healthy environment, cater to mental health by reducing the stress, anxiety and depression for young students.
COMMUNITY OUTREACH: Provide students with activities that place them in a positive, structured and secure learning environment. Students who view their academic environment as positive, meaningful and productive are less likely to be involved in serious delinquency and risky behavior.

Heart of the Arts: The Synergy Network Showcase, is a powerful and immersive performance that showcases Synergy;s impact, innovation, and artistic excellence. Presented at the beautiful Kravis' Theatre Rinker Playhouse, this experience features electrifying student performances, guest artists, original music, and immersive visuals.
Led by GRAMMY-nominated producer and Synergy founder Ray “Quasi” Nelson, this award-show-style event honors community leaders, celebrates the journey of young musicians, and showcases how one local vision evolved into a national movement. From percussion and drumline to music production and live band collabs, witness the next generation of creatives take center stage.
